Who we are

SMB CATCH LLC ("SMB Catch," "we") provides AI-assisted business services — review management, an AI phone assistant and missed-call response, social media posting, local marketing content, and related tools — to small businesses. What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, business name, email, phone — when you fill a form, sign up, or correspond with us.
• Client business data — when you are a client, the data needed to deliver the service: your business profile content, customer reviews and our responses, the social posts and articles we draft for you, call and message logs for services you enable, and customer contact lists you provide for review requests.
• Website access you grant us — for local-SEO clients who connect a WordPress or Shopify site, the limited credential you provide (an application password or content-only API token, never your login password), used solely to place draft articles on your site. You can revoke it from your site at any time.
• Phone conversations — where a client enables the AI phone assistant, calls to that business are answered by an automated assistant and transcribed so the business can see what was discussed and so we can check the assistant's quality. Transcripts are kept while the client's service is active, then deleted. Callers are told they're speaking with an assistant and can ask for a person at any time.
• Usage and technical data — standard server logs (IP, browser, pages) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To deliver and improve the services you've engaged us for.
• To respond to inquiries and send service communications.
• To send review requests to your customers on your behalf, under your instruction, with no incentives and no filtering.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client customer lists for our own marketing.

Mobile information and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages. All other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

Analytics & cookies

On our public website (smbcatch.com) we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, general location, device, and how you arrived. This uses cookies and collects a de-identified usage record; we have turned off sharing this data with Google's advertising products. If we run advertising, we may also use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. These tools run only on our marketing site — never inside the client dashboards, review pipelines, or phone conversations, which carry your and your customers' actual data. You can block cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.

Who touches the data

We use vetted processors to run the service: Google Cloud (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing of review and message content), Twilio (SMS and voice, where enabled), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis for the phone agent, where enabled), Buffer (scheduling social posts to a client's own Facebook and Instagram, where enabled), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments, when billing is active), and Google Analytics (website usage on our marketing site only). Each processes data only to provide their function.

Retention & your rights

We keep service data while your engagement is active and for a reasonable period after for legal and audit purposes, then delete it. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time: hello@smbcatch.com. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we act on that client's instructions — contact them first, or us directly.

Changes

We'll post updates here with a new date. Material changes get direct notice to active clients.
