These terms are the agreement between SMB CATCH LLC ("SMB Catch," "we") and the business that starts a plan with us ("you"). Starting a plan at smbcatch.com or through a payment link we send you means you accept them. We've written them in plain language on purpose; where plain language and legal precision pull in different directions, the plain meaning is what we intend.
SMB Catch runs AI-assisted services for small businesses: RaveCatch (review monitoring and replies), LineCatch (an AI phone assistant and missed-call text-back), LikeCatch (social media posts and engagement), and TownCatch (local SEO articles and Google Business posts). The pricing page describes what each plan includes. We may improve or change how a service works as long as it keeps doing what the plan describes.
Monthly plans bill in advance each month at the flat rate shown on the pricing page — no setup fee and no introductory rate — and renew automatically until cancelled. Annual "one-pay" plans are billed once, cover twelve months for the price of ten, and do not renew automatically; we'll ask before the year ends. Subscriptions started before September 11, 2026 on a setup-phase rate step down to the flat rate automatically after their third billing cycle, as originally described.
Each LineCatch location includes 250 minutes per month of calls handled by the AI assistant. Talk time beyond that is billed at $0.15 per minute on your next invoice. For multi-location accounts we net usage across your locations before billing, so a busy location can use a quiet one's minutes. We alert you when a location crosses its included minutes, and you can ask us to cap usage for any location at any time.
Cancel a monthly plan anytime by email to hello@smbcatch.com or by text. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; there are no cancellation fees and we don't pro-rate partial months. Annual plans run their twelve months. If a payment fails, we pause service and let you know; service resumes when payment succeeds.
You'll give us accurate information about your business, keep access we depend on (for example the Manager role on your Google Business Profile) in place, and tell us promptly if something we publish is wrong so we can fix it. You confirm you have the right to let us act on your business's behalf on the platforms you connect, and that customer lists you give us for review invitations were collected lawfully. You won't ask us to post anything unlawful, deceptive, or that violates a platform's rules — we'll decline, and we may end a plan that keeps asking.
Our services draft replies, posts, articles, and phone conversations using AI, guided by the voice and rules you set up and checked by automated safety gates. AI can still get things wrong. That's why anything sensitive — replies to negative reviews, new posts, articles — comes to you for approval first, and why every service has a human-review period. By approving an item you confirm it's accurate and appropriate for your business. Where you've chosen to let routine items publish without individual approval, you're accepting that some will publish before you see them, and we'll correct or remove anything you flag as quickly as we can.
Your business data — reviews, customer lists, posts, transcripts, reports — is yours. We use it only to deliver your services and never to market to your customers or to train models for other clients. Your customer lists are never shared or sold, ever, and are deleted if you leave. Platform accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, your website) stay yours; we only hold the access you grant and you can revoke it anytime. Details are in our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
Our services rely on third-party platforms — Google, Meta, Yelp, Twilio and others — and on their rules, outages, and approval processes. Where a platform doesn't allow automated posting, or hasn't yet approved our access, we deliver the finished work to you ready to post in one tap instead. We'll always be straight with you about what's automated and what isn't.
We work hard to grow your reviews, answer your calls, and lift your local visibility, and we send a monthly report so you can see what got caught. We can't guarantee specific outcomes — ratings, rankings, bookings, or revenue — because platforms and customers decide those.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SMB Catch isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim related to a plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can leave anytime under section 4. We can end a plan with 30 days' notice, or immediately for non-payment, misuse, or a request that violates section 5 — with a pro-rated refund of any prepaid, unused period in that case. When a plan ends, we remove our access to your accounts and delete your data per our retention policy.
We may update these terms; material changes get direct notice to active clients and take effect at your next billing cycle. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with disputes resolved in Indian River County, Florida. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms, the pricing page, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Terms are the whole agreement.
