The terms, in plain words

Partner terms

Commission. 25% of the subscription payments we actually receive from each business that signs up through your link, every month for as long as that business stays subscribed. Refunded or disputed payments are deducted.
Who counts as yours. A business that completes checkout after arriving through your partner link.
Payment. Automatic, through Stripe. You set up payouts once with Stripe (your bank account and tax details stay with Stripe), and your share of each client payment is sent to you as that payment comes in, with a statement on the 1st of each month. Commission earned before your payouts are set up waits for you. Free trial weeks earn nothing, because nothing was paid.
Not eligible. Your own business, businesses you own, and businesses that were already SMB Catch customers.
How you promote us. No unsolicited bulk email or texts in SMB Catch's name, no promises about results or features we don't offer, and no search ads on the name "SMB Catch".
Relationship. You're an independent referral partner, not an employee or agent, and you can't sign agreements on our behalf.
Changes and ending. Either side can end the partnership at any time; commission already earned is still paid. If we change these terms we'll email you 30 days before the change takes effect.
